Your appointment, as well as accommodating guests waiting to receive services is important to us! We ask our guests to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure full service. Unfortunately, we may have to reschedule if you are late. Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is free of charge if made more than 24 hours in advance. Services cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the anticipated services and no-shows at the full service price. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

Electronic Devices

We are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment for our guests. Please turn cell phones on vibrate/silent and please use headphones if listening to an electronic device.


We welcome well-behaved children receiving services. For the safety of the child and a courtesy to our guests, children not receiving services must be supervised by an adult who is also not receiving services.


Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card and GLS gift cards. Please note cash gratuities are paid out daily, credit card gratuities are paid out weekly and gratuity may not be paid with GLS gift cards. Thank you for your generosity!

Return Policy

Returns within 30 days. All Eminence & Youngblood sales FINAL.
