SCHEDULING

A credit card is required to schedule all appointments. This includes services that gift cards are intended to be paid for at the time of service. There is no charge to the card on file at the time of scheduling.

Cancellations

Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is free of charge if made more than 24 hours in advance. Services cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the anticipated services and no-shows at the anticipated full service price to the credit card on file unless an emergency or illness prevented you.

covid regulations:

  • We are no longer requiring you wear a mask regardless of your vaccination status

  • If you tested positive for Covid 19 or had symptoms in the 5 days prior to your appointment you will be required to reschedule

  • If you tested positive for Covid 19 or had symptoms in the 10 days prior to your appointment you will be required to wear a mask

  • If you have been exposed to Covid 19 in the 10 days prior to your appointment you will be required to wear a mask

Electronic Devices

We are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment for our guests. Please turn cell phones on vibrate/silent and please use headphones if listening to an electronic device.

Children

We welcome well-behaved children receiving services.

age requirements

Anyone under the age of 18 requesting hair color or bikini waxing must have signed guardian consent prior to service.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. We accept gratuity on credit cards, cash or Venmo. Thank you for your generosity!

Return Policy

Kevin Murphy, Oway, Eufora & I-N: Returns within 30 days with the exception of online orders. Online Orders: Sales FINAL since we are unable to personally prescribe the product in this case. Eminence, Youngblood, Bella Stone, Rocky Mountain Oil: Sales FINAL.
